Xidis is becoming quite the daredevil these days. He got a new big bike from his gammy and we let him ride it the other day to see how he would do on it. He does great except that when he stops or crashes, his distance to the ground is further and he crashes harder.
This week he crashed after coming down a hill and he smacked his mouth on the ground. He bit 2 deep holes in his bottom lip and was bleeding all over the place. He was crying but he didn't get really upset until we told him he has to slow down. He started crying louder, "I don't want to go slow!" Whatever.
Elyxzia is talking like crazy. She can say almost anything you tell her to say. She is starting to get really fast too. Now she can run away from us and nearly make it to the parking lot before we catch her. She is a pistol.
Xidis also learned to hold his breath under water. We went swimming and he saw me doing it. Now he loves to try to beat his record every time he takes a bath. His record is 23 seconds. Elyxzia loves to copy him and she sticks her forehead in the water with him.
It's really cool to see your children growing and learning. One of the best things is the rare occasion that they get along and love eachother. Xidis really is a great brother and Elyxzia loves him to death. She copies everything he does. When we were taking this picture, Xidis was doing his number one sign (because he's cocky on his bike) and we turned the camera on Elyxzia and she did exactly what he did.
That's it from us for now!
