We didn't see much of crawdad creek this summer with my school schedule, but we went over there the other day with some friends and we weren't disappointed. After looking around for a few minutes, we found the biggest crawdad we've ever seen. It was 3 to 4 times bigger than the crawdads we usually find there. I admit I was pretty scared trying to catch it.
Here's Elyxzia trying extremely hard to smile. She is holding a smaller crawdad we found, but it wasn't easy. Last year she was fearless, but somehow she found a lot to be afraid of this year.
